The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) as well as the fulfillment of legal requirements under the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG). 4. Contact Form (Formspree)

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the form (name, company, email address, and message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We process this data for the initiation of business or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Data transfer to the USA: We use the service provider Formspree for the technical processing of the contact form. Your data is processed on servers in the USA. The data transfer to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of data protection in accordance with European requirements.
