2. Collection of Server Log Files

The provider of this website (e.g., Hostinger) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Time of the server request

The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the stability and technical security of our website.

3. Local Storage & Web Analytics

We use the local storage of your browser to save your decision in the cookie banner (value: blaukos_consent). This is technically necessary to manage your preferences.

The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) as well as the fulfillment of legal requirements under the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG). Optional analysis tools (Web Analytics) are only loaded if you have explicitly agreed via the banner (Opt-in according to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

4. Contact Form (Formspree)

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the form (name, company, email address, and message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We process this data for the initiation of business or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Data transfer to the USA: We use the service provider Formspree for the technical processing of the contact form. Your data is processed on servers in the USA. The data transfer to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of data protection in accordance with European requirements.
